However, if people do not pay attention to the use environment and use it in a strong acid and alkali environment, the hydraulic hose will naturally be corroded. Or used in some high temperature places, the steel wire braided hose may be melted. Common causes of hydraulic hose failure:
 
1. Failure of the inner rubber layer
Significant swelling of the tube may be due to the material of the tube being corroded by the passing medium, or the temperature exceeding the specified temperature. Therefore, when replacing the hose, it is very important to know whether the hose is compounded with the passing medium and whether it can withstand the working temperature. If not, you need to change to a better quality steel wire braided hose.
 
Second, the outer rubber layer failure
When the outer rubber layer is found to be cracked, first observe whether the inner rubber layer has any problems. If there is no problem with the inner rubber layer, it may be that the outer rubber layer has been cut by a sharp object, or has been cracked by severe cold. 3. Enhancement layer failure
The reinforcement layer is mainly made of steel wire braided or wound, all of which are metal fabrics. If it is corroded, it is easy to rust, which will weaken its strength and cause it to rupture under high pressure. This condition is usually accompanied by cracking and abrasion of the cover. If the joint breaks, it may be because the joint is not tight enough to allow moisture to enter the reinforcement.
